Local Flavours Reimagined with Chef Shen Tan


Join us for a one-night-only private dining experience: a culinary journey inspired by local flavours, guided by Chef Shen Tan of Ownself Make Chef. Themed "Cured," this session re-imagines familiar flavours and comfort food with innovated twists.  Explore the fascinating connection between time-honoured curing techniques used in both food and ceramics as Chef Shen Tan presents her creative interpretations.  Highlights include Cured Bacon Pizza made from scratch, Cured Barramundi drizzled with plum sauce, peanut brittle and soy sauce, and a unique rendition of ice cream and waffles featuring soy-cured egg yolks, salted egg yolk ice cream and soy caramel gula melaka drizzle.
